Midland Snacks was established in 1980, and is still a British family owned and run business today.
We started out selling directly to pubs, shops and meat wholesalers as well as pie shops in the Midlands and can now be found in shops and pubs nationwide.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction, which is why we’ve served many happy customers for decades with many of our team having been with us for over 30 years.
Our dedicated team may be small but their passion for the craft of making award-winning, traditional hand cooked pork scratchings is big!
WHAT WE DO
At Midland Snacks we believe that there is nothing better than your favourite tipple matched with the unique taste of the ultimate pub snack – traditional pork scratchings.
Our hand crafted scratchings are made in small batches by a team of cooks with years experience of making sure our scratchings have the perfect crunch and the rich flavour that other snacks just can’t deliver. We only use the finest shank rind, stick to time-honoured cooking methods and then sprinkle on our traditional seasoning to create a uniquely British delicacy.
We are single minded in creating the perfect pub snack which is why we only make pork scratchings, such is our desire and passion for craftsmanship for this humble snack that has stood the test of time.
We’ve always strived to create the best pork scratchings and so we are delighted to be honoured with a 2-star Great Taste award from the Guild Of Fine Foods that we are proud to place on front of pack.
